An item corresponds to an article in one language. If it is a variant article, each variant counts as a separate item. Example: You sell a T-shirt in sizes S, M and L and you maintain two languages. This results in 3 x 2 = 6 entries.

We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you don't have a credit card, we accept checks, PayPal (you must have a PayPal account), and wire transfers. To arrange offline payments, or if you have any questions, please contact our sales team.

This is the most common question in online presentations ;-) The most expensive thing about SaaS software is development. In contrast to other providers, we simply distribute these development costs among more customers. Admittedly, you will also find one or the other function with specialized providers that we don't have because we think that it is not relevant for most customers.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to the end of each billing period. The billing period is 1 or 12 months, depending on your selection during booking.

No problem. In this case, you import the data from your PIM automatically into our solution on a regular basis. Then you can connect your sales channels and grow your business.
